Billy is a Chilean-American Composer, Writer and Actor. 

He is the composer for several award winning independent films, stage plays and over dozen professional wrestlers.

Founder and Artistic Director of the Patchwork Theatre of Niagara.

Creator of the Patchwork Radio Theatre Podcast.

Part of several touring bands.

Has taught theater, songwriting, and Spanish to children ages 7-17.

Music Director for award winning stage shows Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Joe Hill's Last Will, Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson, and American Idiot.

Adapted many projects for the stage including Pontypool, Kayfabe,  Choise of Valentines and the award winning album Trainwreck by Canadian punk band Boys Night Out.
